About

Lacrecia "Lu" M. Hill

In April 2015, I got the crazy inclination to leave my cushy job in philanthropy and get into the cannabis industry. I had no idea what I was in for! I definitely did not expect to learn so much about manufacturing, organizational development, and Leadership.

I am in love with seeing people, processes and technology come together to meet business objectives.

What I Love:

  • Developing internal organizational leadership that executes goals across departments while building out strong internal processes.

  • Emergent Planning & Management.

  • Process Engineering & Re-engineering.

  • Data, Data and more Data.

  • Financial Management (we all gotta do it!).

I have over seven years of executive-level experience and a drive to ensure people and systems work together to meet objectives. I have modeled my career around the philosophy that supporting personal and professional growth leads to the most effective working environment. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA.I have spent most of my career in the non-profit and philanthropic sector, only leaving to take over the family business. I started my career with Boys & Girls Clubs, working in Las Vegas NV and Sweet Home/Lebanon OR, before coming home to the Spokane Clubs in 2011. I also worked as a Senior Program Associate with the Empire Health Foundation. Since 2015, I have been an entrepreneur in the cannabis industry building out cannabis production, extraction, packaging, sales, and distribution facility. Implementing best practices in management, finance, and manufacturing. In my free time, I enjoy time with my wife, sons, fur babies and all the amazing humans that have built the fabric of my life. I prefer spending this time with my people in the mountains, lakes, and streams of the PNW. You may also find me curled up with a good book or reality show when I need to recharge.
